3D printed drawings is also one of the significant and necessary since it will directly influence the model production even the final gram weight. We will complete the drawings first, then let customer to confirm all details and parameters by video.
There will be two situations, one is that the customer only describe the product type or style what he want. Another one is that the client will give us the picture or the physical model, however, different situation will involve different department, and technical department or design department will analyze the provided information or physical model by drawing the lofting and saving as the initial sample, and send the final pattern for customer to check if is same as the requirement.
Proofing according to the confirmed drawings
Under the premise of mastering customer’s need, editing the proof notice to the corresponding design department or manufacturing department, and then go to the purchasing department to request the material purchase list according to the sample requirements, and purchasing some materials that sample need, like crystal, stone or other accessories, etc. In this process, if there is a difference between the sample and the drawings, or the place where the requirements of the guests do not match, production department have to update or re-proof in time and they will do a deep communication with customer about the problem until the customer is satisfied .

Technical department once finishes the templates, they will confirm and summarize with internal personnel first, and record the details and process requirements that need to be paid attention to during the production process, like polishing. Because each customer has different requirements for customized products, they will make different requirements on the quality level of the products according to market trends or the target price of the customers.
Finally, check appearance, structure and surface, as well as inspection quality, the
plating problem of each product, the diamond or stone fittings and the delicate parts such as the lobster.
After the molding, the sample will be sent to the quality inspection department in the first time, and the department staff will conduct quality inspection according to the order requirements issued by the salesman. The quality inspection department of our factory is also very strict. From the inside to the outside, from the craft to the accessories, the quality inspector will communicate with the design department and the business department in time, from the initial production to the delivery, they will participate in the whole process. At the same time, quality control will be strictly combined with customer expectations, as far as possible and better than expected by customers.
After confirming the model, customer should pay 30% order amount as deposit, and
then large order will be produced

According to the customer's request, customized their own logo or special packaging
if they need.
In our customer base, more customers are from Turkey, France, Romania, the United Kingdom, Ireland, etc. Some of them are jewelry wholesalers or agents, jewelry online wholesaler or self-employed, also have fashion brand chain stores, and some are clothing and accessories retailers or end-users. Most of the stores are in the United States, especially brand customers or agents, they have a very high request for fixed barcodes or packaging services, but we can accept this if it meet the requirements and processes. There are also some customers have a prescribed packaging outsourcing factory. As long as the package or packing box is sent to our factory in accordance with the instructions, the factory workers can also help package and re-ship.
Send shipping reminders and notifications in time(Timely delivery reminder and notification)
From confirming sample to completing 50%-80% large goods production,the merchandiser will inform customer about the production progress and the quality inspection departments will also start sampling when it reaches 30% of the volume,which is to ensure quality control of all goods. The merchandiser will notice the customer about the progress one week before the 100% completion of the production of the goods, so that the customer can get the latest information of his order anytime.
10The customer pays the balance after the inspection and confirmation is correct - 70% of the order amount (including shipping freight)
After the customer has ensured the quality of the goods and the delivery period is normal, the new customers who place the first order will usually also designate the third-party inspection agency to inspect in the factory floor, or sample the inspection and product inspection certificates before shipment We can fully cooperate with all of these processes which are executed customer requirements. After the inspection or certificate is passed, the customer will be asked to pay 70% of the balance (including freight, and the sea shipping will accord to the specific final trade terms). After the finance receives the receipt certificate, they will notify the warehouse department to arrange the delivery.
Confirm the final shipping address and customs invoice amount, shipping (By air or sea)
Before paying 70% of the balance of the order, the business department will confirm the delivery method with the customer in advance. If it is air, we have DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, etc.If it is sea shipping, we also cooperate with a number of shipping freight forwarders,and allow customers to specify freight forwarding agents. Anyway,the main purpose is to enable the customer's goods to reach the customer's designated destination in sufficient quantity, on time and safely.
After smooth factory delivery, the salesman will check the order number regularly and contact the freight forwarder in order to know the route of the goods and whether it is safety clearance.Generally,we are more advised to air, because it is simple, convenient and fastest.The most important point is the after-sales service. Each order will have a corresponding quality inspection department, or even will arrange specific person to follow up.Despite this, it is still difficult to avoid some fragile jewelry being damaged during transportation. Therefore,if you receive a damaged product, please contact us in time and send the damaged photo with the product type number.We will verify the damage level and compensation plan, then will deduct the compensation payment in your next order or directly refund the compensation！We will never shirk our responsibilities and it is our responsibility to satisfy you.A passionate and responsible team always serve for you.
